Obverse provides a full range of on-site IT support services to TCO to include Domain Services, Identity Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Directory Services, Core Network Services, Network Voice Services, Contact Center Services, Load Balancer Services, Telecommunications Services, Network Firewall Services, VPN Services, Information Technology Security Support, Content Filtering Services and Network Access Control Services.

DCHBX/DC Access System (DCAS) IT Support Services [PRIME]
Obverse provided web application development, maintenance, implementation and DevOps support for the employer and individual online health benefit exchange, including benefit enrollment, plan shopping, premium billing, notices, reporting and administration. DCHBX/DC Access System (DCAS) IT Support Services project has some very similar resources and tasking that is required for this project initiative. Obverse provided over 60 IT professionals to the DCHBX on a full-time basis, which we currently process approximately over 500,000 individuals and businesses per year.

Job Corps Fund Allocation System Training and Support Assistance [PRIME]
Provided web application development, maintenance and implementation support for the Job Corps Fund Allocation System (JFAS a web-based application that allows the Job Corps Budget Unit staff to create, adjust, track, and monitor all of the regional and national office Job Corps contracts. It allows for the storage and retrieval of OJC contractual and budget data, as well as contract management via the Advanced Annual Procurement Plan (AAPP) and the Financial Operating Plan (FOP).

Application/IT Desktop Maintenance and Support [PRIME]
Obverse resources have been involved in providing Application and IT Desktop Maintenance and Support services for Child Support Services Division (CSSD) that included desktop and helpdesk support for 400 internal users, disaster recovery planning, network administration, web application development and maintenance of the CSSD Web Portal for 10,000+ users, as well as other support services such as, building interfaces to the legacy systems, data reliability and case recovery, data imaging and records management support, inventory management, and security assurance.

IDIQ OFAM Consultant and Support Services [PRIME]
Obverse provided consulting and support services to the following offices: Office of Financial Administrative Services (OFAS), Division of Financial Systems and Services (DFSS), Accounting and Reporting and Reporting Business Unit (ARBU), Division of Budget, and Office of Financial & Administrative Management (OFAM). The Department of Labor issued task orders under this IDIQ contract that provided Application Development and System Integration, provided Contract/Procurement Management and Financial Management Technical Assistance, including Procurement and Financial Compliance, and performed Business Process Analyses, Program Accountability Analyses and Reporting of Performance. Obverse was also tasked to implement a web-based tracking system of resumes and demographic information of job seekers who are classified with a disability. Other tasks included providing professional services to support ETA/OFAM in the area of accounting, grants management and budgeting.

Obverse resources have been involved in providing website, Application and Maintenance Support services for DC Council that included developing their website, legislative information management system for 100,000+ users, as well as other support services such as, data migration, data imaging and records management support.

District of Columbia Government – Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), Enterprise Data Warehouse Development and Support Services [PRIME]
Obverse provided support for various OTR Data Warehouse technical projects that included the design and development of the City Clean Hands Data Warehouse, incorporation of additional external agency data into Data Warehouse for tax compliance efforts, implementation of the Real Property Tax Homestead reconfirmation system, audit processes Incorporation of DMV License and tag debt data within City Clean Hands Transfer of legacy Data Warehouse data such as W2 information prior to 2008 into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Walter Reed Army Medical Center - Implement Vaccine Healthcare Center Network MILVAX Immunization Management System (IMS) [PRIME]
Obverse was contracted to complete the software development for the initial baseline ASKVHC system. ASKVHC was implemented to allow secure communication between the VHC and its clients/patients. Service members and their dependents needed a way to access expert clinical care and advice related to adverse events following vaccination. Thus, the VHC implemented a secure portal that allows the service members to obtain needed information from the VHC, through the use of electronic forms and secure messaging. Based on the success and usefulness of this system the VHC decided to expand the system and further integrate it into the business.

Obverse designed, developed and implemented the District of Columbia DMV’s new Enterprise-wide Learning Management System “DRIVE”.

Lagardere Sports and Entertainment, Design, Development, and Hosting of TCI Tournament and US Open Legg Mason Tennis Classic Web Portals and Best Social Network [PRIME]
Obverse designed, developed and implemented Kick It, Hoop It Up, Let It Fly, Legg Mason Tennis Classic web portals, and Best Social Network, which included a custom content manager for each portal. Obverse developed these comprehensive tournament web portals to act as a median for promoting their respective tournaments, attracting sponsorship and providing in-depth information about the championship.

District of Columbia Government – Department on Disability Services, Design, Development, and Maintenance of the MRDDA Consumer Information System [PRIME]
Developed an enterprise-wide case and incident management Internet application for the District of Columbia’s DDS that supports Person Centered Individual Service Plans, service tracking, Medicare and Medicaid Waivers tracking, incident management, consumer intake, provider tracking, quality assurance issue tracking/surveys, and management reporting to support the service needs of individuals with disabilities. The system allows users to upload and download supporting documentation. The user community consist of DDS staff (202 users), 256 Provider locations (1,834 users), Department of Human Services (32 users), Department of Health (12 users), Police Department, and Court Monitors (21 users). Currently performing maintenance and support – The application can be accessed with authorized username and password from the DDS Portal that accesses all of DDS applications which Obverse designed and developed.

Installed and implemented a wireless and satellite communications infrastructure for the District of Columbia’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA) mobile command center DC-10 bus.

Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) - Provided Application Development Support for Telemedicine [PRIME]
Developed web-based enterprise solutions within Telemedicine to rapidly develop and deliver a series of web applications to support 3D Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery initiatives. This initiative is to assist doctors out in the field with performing reconstructive surgery for injured soldiers.
