MTC has managed the planning of project resources since the beginning. We address the required schedule, budget, and resources of each project with our time, scope, and resource management knowledge. We look at the cost and risks to fit our clients’ diverse needs.

Our management team are certified Project Management Professionals by the PMI and are trained using the approaches of Lean Six Sigma (LSS). Staff must present a black belt certification. We implement tenets of LSS in all management and technical contracts we are a part of.

MTC establishes repeatable project management processes that correlate with industry standards, best practices, and the Mayland SDLC principles. Our ISO 2000 (Service Management) compliant status helps us build trust within the industry, our clients, and stakeholders.
